About Nerdforged Ltd – UK Trading Card Game & Collector Community

Nerdforged Ltd is a UK-based trading card game (TCG) retailer and collector community founded in August 2024 by Luke “Nerd” Davis. Built with collectors in mind, Nerdforged was created to provide a fair, authentic, and community-driven platform for trading card enthusiasts across the UK.

Starting with minimal funding but a strong passion for the hobby, Nerdforged has quickly grown into a trusted destination for collectors looking for Pokémon cards, trading card games, sealed TCG products, and collector accessories. Our growth has been driven by the incredible support of our community across TikTok, Instagram, and Discord, where collectors, players, and hobby enthusiasts come together to share their passion.

Today, Nerdforged.co.uk is proud to be a growing hub for collectors searching for reliable TCG retailers in the UK, offering products at recommended retail price (RRP) wherever possible while prioritising fairness and accessibility.

At Nerdforged, we are focused on expanding our services and improving access to trading card products for collectors across the UK.

UK TCG Play Store & Community Hub

Over the past year, Nerdforged has operated from a commercial office space, allowing us to build our online store and community presence. Due to rapid growth and increasing demand for trading card products, we are now planning to open a dedicated Nerdforged TCG play store, with a projected launch window of late 2026 to early 2027.

Opening a physical hobby store will allow us to:

  • Increase stock allocation for popular sealed TCG products

  • Provide a wider range of Pokémon, One Piece and other trading card games

  • Offer more products at RRP to support collectors and players

  • Create a safe and welcoming space for trading card events, tournaments, and community meetups

  • Expand into buying, selling and trading singles and graded cards

Our long-term goal is to create a UK trading card store that blends online accessibility with an in-person collector experience, helping to grow the hobby and support the community.

Imperium Grading – Transparent UK Card Grading Service

One of the most exciting upcoming projects from Nerdforged is Imperium Grading, a new UK-based trading card grading service launching in early 2026.

Founded by Luke Davis (Nerd) alongside James Dando of Treasure Dex Vending, Imperium Grading aims to provide collectors with a grading service built around transparency, accountability, and collector trust.

Imperium Grading will introduce:

  • Transparent and publicly accessible grading reports

  • Grader ID accountability for increased trust

  • A stricter and more meaningful grading scale

  • Crystal-clear slabs designed and manufactured in Britain

  • A collector-focused grading experience designed for UK and international submissions

As Nerdforged continues to grow, we are committed to expanding our product selection to meet the needs of the trading card and collector community. While trading card games remain at the heart of our business, we are continually exploring new hobby and collector product ranges based on community feedback.

We currently stock a variety of TCG products and plan to expand into additional collector categories as we grow. Customer suggestions play a huge role in shaping our product range, helping us ensure Nerdforged remains a store built by collectors, for collectors.
