At Nerdforged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Please review our return policy below.

 

Items Eligible for Exchange or Refund:

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide photos of the item and its packaging when contacting us. This will help us expedite the resolution process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund in any situation but primarily in scenarios where we suspect these terms have been violated and/or exploited.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that any costs to ship an item back to Nerdforged is the customers responsibility. Any refund and/or exchange will not be proceed until the Item(s) have been reviewed by our staff to ensure validity. 

Refunds:

If a refund is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

If you are exchanging an item due to damage or defect, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item. However you as the buyer are responsible for the shipping of the defective unit to us.

If you are exchanging an item for a different product, you may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
