Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information if applicable.
Shipping Costs:
Nerdforged.co.uk offer two courier services:
- Standard Shipping via Yodel £2.99 or Free on orders £150 or more.
- Express Shipping via DPD £4.99
Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping provided via Yodel estimates a delivery time of 2-4 business days. Express Shipping via DPD estimates a deliver time of 1-2 business days. All orders placed before 3PM will in most cases be shipped the same day.
All timeframes are estimates and are subject to change.
Items will be packaged securely into a cardboard box, No lightweight envelopes will be used in accordance with DPD requirements.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number if applicable.
You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues:
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team via the contact page as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders:
We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. However, due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party delivery services, shipping errors, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be instances where an order is delayed, lost, or misrouted.
In such cases, Nerdforged Ltd will not be held liable for any additional costs or damages incurred by the customer that result from the delay, loss, or misrouting of an order, except as outlined in the following section regarding compensation.
International Shipping:
We do not currently offer shipping outside the UK. International shipping will be rolled out at a later time, check back regularly for updated policy.
